Overall, nice 1 night stay. Used the Marriott app to checkin. Room wasn't quite ready, but only needed to wait 10 mi utes. Customer service was phenomenal. Location is great. Plenty of resuturants and shopping stores close by. Room was a little dated, but cleaned and functional. Parking wasn't free, but $19 is a steal compared to other similar hotels' charges. Parking lot was large, so no trouble finding parking. Would stay here again if in the area.

First stay at the Sheraton. I reserved a King suite for a single night while traveling to see my father for Father’s Day weekend 2026. Parking was included in overall price regardless if you have a vehicle or not. Hotel is old and ran down. Old appliances. Outdated rooms. Building could benefit from remodeling and upgrades. I do not believe it is worth the price. Everything is overpriced. Corner stone restaurant food was dry and over priced. Good drinks at the bar. But again breakfast was overpriced and nasty. Room was not clean, electric plugs for charging did not work, bathroom toilet plumbing was slow and didn’t flush well. AC did not get cold, had on 68 but room was still 78. Staff stated the electrician would come but never did. No iron in the room. And housekeeping would not provide one, stating I needed to go downstairs. Carpet was dirty and telephone did not work. Room was 523. Pool and spa was dirty. Front counter staff did not share amenities of hotel or any info about what was available. Overall, I stayed one night and would never stay at this Sheraton again. This is not the best hotel in the area.

I have not stayed at a Sheraton forever and think of them as rundown lower end marriotts. This hotel was recently renovated and in a nice location. It was a very pleasant surprise and great value. No lounge but a decent breakfast served in a small restaurant. Rooms quiet and comfortable and you could get the temperature to a good setting. Lots of work areas on the lobby level. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall very positive experience.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience. The hotel is very clean and the staff are genuinely friendly. One thing to keep in mind is the parking—there’s plenty of space, but be prepared to pay a nightly fee (around $20/night). The room itself is decent and well-maintained. Most importantly, it’s clean and doesn't have that "funky" old-carpet smell that you run into at a lot of other hotels. The location is easily the best part because you’re central to everything. It’s right by the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts and: • Cerritos Mall & Library: Practically next door. • Convenience: Walmart is within walking distance. • Fitness: Planet Fitness is right across the street if you prefer that over the hotel gym. • Food & Culture: It’s a very quick drive to Gridley Road (tons of food options) and Korea Town is super close by. Overall, a solid A+. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area! 👍

This is a nice, comfortable place, especially if you’re traveling with a dog. They’re pet friendly, which was a big plus for us. The location is solid. We were able to get to Trader Joe’s easily, walk the dog, and move around without much hassle. Everything felt convenient. The room itself was good for a week stay, but I really wish there had been a microwave, or at least access to one. That would have made things a lot easier for longer stays. The front desk was helpful overall, but a bit too vigilant about our dog. She’s tiny and harmless, and we had already paid the pet deposit, so it felt a little over the top. We didn’t get to use the pool because we were busy working, but it looked nice and well kept. Final take: Great option if you’re traveling with a pet and want a convenient location. Just be ready for some minor limitations if you’re staying longer.

Clean room but charging station only on one side of bed, closet doors that are stuck, sandpaper toilet paper and minimal space to place toiletries in the bathroom. At check-in, the 2 front staff members were ok, but perfunctory and not particularly welcoming. After a long tiring day of travel a warm welcome would have been nice, but perhaps staff had had a draining day as well? |Appreciate the complimentary bottle of water in the room.|I probably wouldn’t pick this hotel again.

Awful experience both with the front desk and the room quality. Checked into the room and there was no soap, or hand soap. I came down to the front desk and asked for soap, they said they only provide pump soap for the shower. I asked how people were supposed to wash their hands. Finally, after asking a few times the guy went into the back and brought out hand soap. The rooms walls are paper thin, could hear everything in the room adjacent to us, zero sleep. Patty, at the front desk should not be working there, I am not one to bash people but she showed zero interest in helping customers and an extremely low level of competence. She should either be back in training or not working at the Sheraton. I was told my room was $169 at check-in time only to receive a charge of $189 afterwards. I called to inquire about the $20 price difference and she could not explain the price change. I finally gave up and had to end the call. Will not be back.
